  2. Negotiate straight-line descents whilst consistently maintaining ready position.

  1. Demonstrate confidence in descending on the drop bars, in a relaxed, controlled, and comfortable style.

  2. Drop in and observe where you are going.

  • Shifting body weight over back wheel.
  • Bend knees when entering the ramp.
