Circuit Skills Options:

1. Drop off (kerb/pallets)
2. Ride a seesaw.
3. Manipulate centre of gravity
4. Ride off camber
5. Clipping in and out.

Lap Option

1. Complete a lap of a BMX track.
2. Complete a blue MTB trail.
3. Complete a CX circuit.
4. Complete a lap of track on red and blue line.
5. Visit a skatepark.
6. Complete a Go-ride racing skill.

Rider Demonstrates

• Can perform activities with control
• Individual looks comfortable.
• Demonstrates good bike handling (limited jerky movements),
• Using appropriate gear (where relevant).
• Looking where they are going.
