Take part in a competition

1. Compete a race/ competition including:  
   1. Novice Race.
   2. Club Session Race.  
   3. Limitless event.
2. Compete a BMX Freestyle run for up to 30 seconds.

Rider can demonstrate this by

• Being observed participating in a competition or be able to evidence participation.
• Taking part with your club & teammates is a great way to get involved!
