Technical excellence

1. Can perform at least 15 skills in sequence from the core or specific skill areas consistently well - to 'excellent' standard - at least 80% of the time under timed conditions (i.e. Bike Handling challenge course).

Rider demonstrate

• Consistent technical execution of skills at this level.
• Fluid, smooth and control.
• Understanding when and where to use skill.
• Understanding how to improve on any mistakes.
• Performs skills at race pace and in race scenarios.
