1. Complete full M check.
2. Clean your bike.
3. Lube a chain.

Rider can demonstrate

• Demonstrate understanding of what they are looking out for - loose bits, deflated tyres, dirty transmission.
• If they spot basic problems - loose bits, soft tyres - they can ask for help or resolve themselves.
• Wheel must be returned in correct position and tightened securely.
• Uses appropriate materials to clean bike.
• Is riding appropriately sized bike.
