Clothing for environment and conditions

1. Describe the clothing you would wear for different weather conditions.
2. Describe what additional equipment you may need for different disciplines - e.g. full face helmets, pads, gloves.
3. Correctly show how to fit and adjust your helmet.

Questions to ask

• What might you wear in winter but not in summer?
• What might you wear to take part in BMX but not wear to take part in road cycling?
